A major, one-sided accident happened this morning on the Hemmenweg between Ekehaar and Anreep. Emergency responders speak of several victims at the scene. Three injured people have been rushed to hospital.
It concerns a single-vehicle accident that would have taken place just before half past three this morning. For unknown reasons, a car collided with a tree. Relief efforts began immediately afterwards.
In addition to many cars, a trauma helicopter from Volkel Air Base (North Brabant) is also present.
Hemmenweg is currently closed to all other traffic.
