India has managed to land on the moon. The lander Vikram (Courage) and the trolley Pragyan (Wisdom) landed on the surface around 2:34 PM Dutch time. This makes India the fourth country ever to land on the planet. Only the United States, Russia and China have previously managed to land on the moon.
