It has long been considered certain that Immanuel Pherai will leave his club Eintracht Braunschweig after a year. Now it seems clear where to go: according to consistent media reports, Hamburger SV is pulling the exit clause in the 22-year-old playmaker’s contract, which expires in 2024. Depending on the medium, this is between 800,000 and 1.5 million euros. Before the last market value update of the season on June 28, Pherai had already surpassed this sum, since the end of March he has been one of the most valuable players in the 2nd Bundesliga with EUR 2.5 million. Only HSV professional and compatriot Ludovit Reis (+3 to 6 million euros) shows a larger increase in the second division comparison.
