Tiina Räisänen performed the best in terms of results Dealfrom the final of the competition, but it was not enough to win. Diilin won Aki Keskitalowho was rewarded with a job as the operational director of Jaajo Linnonmaa’s companies.
However, things have turned out for the best in Räisänen’s personal life. Räisänen, who lives in Jyväskylä, didn’t even have time to drive home when his phone rang.
– Diil’s adviser Toni Lähde contacted me immediately after the competition and inquired about my work patterns. He suggested that we think about joint businesses. We hope that in the future we will be able to cooperate with Jajonk, Räisänen tells Iltalehte.
After the discussions Räisänen, adviser Lähde, entrepreneur Henrik Kaila mixed DealViljami Harjuniemi, who participated in the competition, joined forces. This is how Dunbar, an agency specializing in social media marketing and content production, began.

Thankful for everything
Räisänen’s task is to run the day-to-day affairs of the new company and create a strong foundation for the business. In addition to this, Räisänen owns an accounting firm and does speaking gigs around Finland.
– So it doesn’t end in the making, Räisänen laughs.

Räisänen is particularly happy about his own operational leadership from the point of view of the Diili format.
– The deal has not always been in the best light in terms of the end result. This season brought two operational managers and cool stuff! Räisänen is happy.
According to Räisänen, one point in particular needs to be brought up about both the Diili program and the new company.
– The people with whom I have and will continue to work in the future are something wonderful. In the business world or anywhere else, you can’t do it alone, the team is the most important. I am so grateful for everything, Räisänen sums up.
