Peter Gabriel in Frankfurt am Main: Tickets, directions, schedule, set list

Peter Gabriel is currently on tour with his record “i/o”. On May 26th he already stopped in Berlin for a concert at the Waldbühne. On Tuesday, June 13th, the 73-year-old will continue in the Frankfurt Festhalle. In this article you will find out everything you need to know about the concert.

Most of the tickets are already sold out. There are only seats left, the cheapest for 133€. These are then at the other end of the elongated hall. If you want to get a little closer to the Genesis founder, you have to dig deeper into your pocket: the remaining tickets cost up to €279, the closer to the stage, the more expensive. By public transport

The Festhalle Frankfurt is located in the immediate vicinity of the main train station. With the subway line 4 you only travel one stop to “Festhalle/Messe”, where you can reach the Festhalle via the “City Entrance”. Tram lines 16 and 17 also go to the “Festhalle/Messe” stop. You cross the station forecourt, where you will find the “Hauptbahnhof” tram stop. The festival hall is then only three stops away. However, the venue can also be reached on foot from the main train station: It takes you ten minutes from Düsseldorfer Straße via Platz der Republik and the Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage. The Messeturm with its pyramid-shaped tip offers a good orientation aid. Your admission ticket also counts as a ticket for public transport in Frankfurt am Main.

By car

The website of the Festhalle gives visitors who are dependent on the car the following information: “For directions, please follow the signs of our integrated traffic management system. These will guide you to the Festhalle via the shortest route.” There are two official addresses for the Festhalle, depending on the entrance.

  • Festhalle City entrance: “Parkhaus Messeturm, Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage 49”
  • Festhalle Süd: “Skyline Plaza multi-storey car park, Europa-Allee 6”

There are numerous paid parking spaces available in the Festhalle area, free parking spaces are only available to a very limited extent.

Arrival for people with disabilities

Those arriving with a parking pass for the disabled or a severely disabled pass with the mark “aG” may drive directly onto the Messe Frankfurt site through the “North Gate”. Time schedule

Admission to the Festhalle starts at 6 p.m., the concert starts at 8 p.m. The end is scheduled for 10:50 p.m. There are no support acts.
