Special beers are of course indispensable on a drink menu. The team of De Molen Brewery specializes in brewing beer with special flavours. Would you like to taste such a unique beer taste? Then come to their open day on Saturday 13 May!
That Saturday the doors will open the brewery open wide between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. You are more than welcome to taste beers and take a tour. Good to know: the special beers are brewed on site, so you can view the production areas.
Nothing is to crazy
A babi pangang beer, a variant with the flavors of chocolate sprinkles and peanuts and cherry cola beer: nothing is too crazy. Kris works at the brewery in Bodengraven and says: “We like to combine flavors and thus surprise the public. We are always looking for something new.”
The open day
Taste, taste and taste again! That is, among other things, what makes Saturday 13 May so fun and tasty. Kris: “During the open day, visitors can try several special beers. We have selected a number of flavors for this.” The nice thing is: upon arrival you will receive two consumption vouchers to choose from.

But that’s not all! You can also take a tour of the barrels and workshop of the Mill. “We work together with the Philadelphia foundation. Young people with an intellectual disability work at the sheltered workshop. It’s nice to see and notice that they enjoy it a lot. A few of the colleagues are also behind the bar.” In addition, you will enjoy a lot of fun that day, a snack and of course a drink. Nice!
