The increase in the WOZ value was highest in Noardeast-Fryslân, at 19.5 percent. The municipality of Bloemendaal has the highest WOZ value, the average house price here is 828,000 euros.
House prices are lowest in the municipality of Pekela, with an average of 167,000 euros. In the municipalities of Heerlen and Kerkrade follow this with the cheapest house prices, the WOZ value in both municipalities is on average 171,000 euros.
