Employees of a specialized remediation company have been working since Wednesday worked hard to remove all asbestos particles. The asbestos was found on Wednesday afternoon in Van Beijerenstraat and Julianaplein. Water company PWN was busy replacing the water pipes here. The work was immediately stopped.
Wipe your feet well
A large area was cordoned off with ribbon. Cars that were in the contaminated area have been cleaned. Residents were advised to wipe and rinse their shoes thoroughly before entering. The same applied to strollers and bicycles. No asbestos was found in the houses themselves.
