Hundreds of private individuals jointly invested tens of millions of euros in Forward Gold Sale contracts, with which they paid in advance for physical gold from African mines. They never saw that gold. On Tuesday, as the Forward Gold Sale Foundation, they took the banks ING and Bunq to court for their role in the so-called gold fraud.
