West Flanders is today the cheapest province in Flanders to buy a house. A home is on average 24 percent cheaper than in the province of Antwerp. This means that our coastal province remains attractive to buyers who are looking for more affordable real estate.
According to ERA CEO Johan Krijgsman, the market is stable again after turbulent years. “We are again around normal price increases. This ensures more calm on the market and more realistic pricing,” he says.
