After the diagnosis, Kämäräinen was told that she probably won’t have children biologically. According to the doctor, with today’s fertility treatments, having children would be successful.
Kämäräinen asked his doctor what means he could take to ease his situation.
– I was told that the most important thing is that my weight does not increase even a kilo. And of course, if I want to start taking e-pills again, they can alleviate the symptoms, he says.
Kämäräinen says that he thought the instructions were special.
– As a wellness coach, I feel that I know how to eat and exercise, so I believe that being overweight is not my biggest problem with this, he states.

– Offering them again didn’t really feel like I had been heard.
After the diagnosis, Kämäräinen has received plenty of peer support on social media, but wonders why the topic is not discussed as openly in healthcare.
In the text he wrote in connection with the video, Kämäräinen emphasizes that he does not want to blame the doctor who treated him, but reflects:
– It seems that no matter what kind of gynecological problem it is, the only solution is e-pills.
