Thanks to a brace from Christian Pulisic, AC Milan defended its lead in the Italian Serie A.

With the help of two goals from the ex-Dortmund substitute, the Milanese turned around a two-goal deficit at FC Turin and won 3:2 (1:2).

This means that coach Massimiliano Allegri’s team remains level on points with defending champions SSC Napoli at the top of the table, but still has the better goal difference.

In what has been an extremely stable season so far, Milan have only suffered one defeat – on the first matchday against newly promoted Cremonese. Bankruptcy number two didn’t happen on Monday evening due to a strong performance from super joker Pulisic.

After Nikola Vlasic gave the underdog the lead with a penalty (10th) and Duvan Zapata (17th), Pulisic scored the decisive goals after Adrien Rabiot’s goal (24th).

Just seconds after coming on as a substitute in the 66th minute, the former Dortmund player scored from close range (67th). A little later he followed up with a volley (77′).
