We have had another Eredivisie weekend. Ajax already embarrassed itself at home against Excelsior on Saturday, by losing 1-2. It is the first time in the history of the Rotterdam club that it leaves the Johan Cruijff ArenA with three points. Feyenoord lost to NEC by no less than 2-4 in a spectacular match. Feyenoord missed many big chances, but successful substitutions by NEC coach Dick Schreuder worked out well, allowing the Nijmegen club to go home with three points. Furthermore, PSV had an extremely difficult time in the away match against NAC Breda. Enough to look back on with football chief Valentijn Driessen.
