Rob Edwards was appointed as the head coach of the English Premier League team Wolverhampton, vacated by Vitor Pereira.
In the statement made by the club, it was announced that a 3.5-year contract was signed with 42-year-old Welsh coach Edwards.
Edwards, who also worked as a temporary coach at Wolverhampton, where he played during his football career, later worked at Forest Green Rovers, Luton Town, Watford and Middlesbrough.
Wolverhampton is in the last place in the Premier League with 2 points after 11 weeks.
