WWF: economy will become uninsurable if we continue to neglect nature and climate

Climate change and nature loss are rapidly eroding the foundations of global insurance markets. For example, economic losses due to extreme weather events are increasing and the “insurance gap”, the part of damage that remains uninsured, is widening. This is what WWF says in a new report, which was released while the thirtieth UN climate summit is starting in the Brazilian Amazon.
