Another lesson with Barbara Beltrami, then space for the former boxing champion and fitness with Tiziana Fitness Style
After the first “starter” the Sports Festival comes to life. There was immediately great participation in the first day’s lessons among the beautiful greenery of the Gazzetta Active Zone (in collaboration with ASI) in Piazza Dante, Trento: great attendance both for the instructor’s Power Flow Yoga lessons Barbara Beltrami and for the GAG Workout – a series of circuits dedicated to legs, abdomen and buttocks – by McFit trainers Livja Karapici and Andrea della Corna. On the second day there was still space for yoga, after the light drizzle of the first day which allowed the participants to connect even more intensely with nature, in an exciting and perfect climate for meditation and inner research. This time Beltrami’s lesson will be oriented towards flexibility, and then lots of workouts with the arrival of the two-time world champion and Olympic silver medalist in boxing Clement Russo and his “Train like a Champion”. There’s also plenty of space for fitness with the first lesson Tiziana Cavalletto (Tiziana Fitness Style) to close the second day of the Active Zone of the Sports Festival.

We start at 3pm with Barbara Beltrami’s second lesson, this time on Flexibility Flow Yoga. Also in this case we start from the concept of flow: “In this case, however, we focus more on flexibility, with positions that favor the lengthening of the muscles and with progressions towards what in the future may become splits or deep openings. We will also work on stretching the arms and shoulders: the goal is to develop the ability to move in an increasingly wider range” explained a Active Journal.
