The typhoon Ragasa keeps a house in Taiwan and the Philippines and sets course for South China and Hong Kong. At Taiwan, at least 14 people were killed after a dike fracture due to a landslide. In Hong Kong the streets look deserted, there is a lot of precipitation and the wind has enormous force.
