The well -known staircase is from 1899, the restoration will happen in two phases. By the end of 2027 everything must be ready. First they will tackle the steps and the vault, then the walls and handrails follow.
The restoration will cost more than 720,000 euros. The city hopes for a heritage premium of 150,000 euros.
