The International Atomer Energy Agency (IAEA) has found “a significant amount of uranium particles” in samples that took it near a suspected former nuclear reactor in the Syrian province of Deir Ez-Zor. The Spanish press agency EFE writes this on Tuesday on the basis of a confidential report that it could view. The site was destroyed by Israel in 2007.
