In a barn near a farm on the Boerenkamplaan in Someren, a brief fire raged on Monday evening. The house suffered damage due to the fire. For example, the windows jumped through the heat. The fire brigade pulled out with two fire trucks, because the farm has a thatched roof. The fire brigade is still busy with the fire scraps around half past eight.

The barn is used as a relaxation space for the children of the residents. No one was injured. The cause of the fire is being investigated.

Among other things, the fire brigade of Asten and Someren approached the fire. The fire brigade set an extra car and a long hose to use extra water. The fire was under control within half an hour.

A lot of smoke was released during the fire. The safety region advised people to stay out of the smoke. The Salvage Foundation will help residents with the handling of the damage.
