On Monday, June 2, a judge ordered that Osment had to take part in the anonymous alcoholics at least three times a week in the next six months. In addition, he was obliged to undergo a therapy session twice a week.
The prosecutor had raised an objection to these requirements and pointed out earlier convictions for drunkenness at the wheel and his anti -Semitic statements. However, the judge rejected the objection.
Opposite the “New York Post” was ruined after his arrest: “I am absolutely horrified by my behavior. I apologize from the bottom of my heart with everyone who hurt. What came out of my mouth was nonsensical garbage – I abandoned the Jewish community, and that meets me the most.” According to Osment, he said the anti -Semitic insults.
He also mentioned the hard cuts in his life in the past few months. Osment lost his house in Altadena at the fires in California in January. “The last months of loss and displacement have made me emotionally deep,” he said. “But that’s not an excuse.”

Osments next court date will take place on January 5, 2026. Then a judge will decide whether to comply with the conditions of the requirements.
