In South Tyrol, Italy’s first team shop89 store of the sporting goods Jako opens.
The long-distance runner Hermann Achmüller opens the “TeamShop89 by Achmüller” in the old town of Brixner as a partner of the German team sports specialist, Jako announced on Monday. The Store Jakos offers team sports products and services such as individualization on around 120 square meters of sales space.
“The TeamShop89 offers me the opportunity to combine my passion for sport with a professional concept – and that in the middle of my homeland in South Tyrol,” said Achmüller. “We would like to further strengthen the topic of team sport in the South Tyrol region and be established in the long term as the first point of contact for clubs, schools and companies.”
The first team shop89 concepts only opened in Switzerland and Austria in March. There are currently more than 40 of these shops in Europe, including in the Netherlands, where the second shop with the “Teamshop89 Drechtsteden” opened in April.
