Recommendations of the Editorial team
Hard to believe, but it has actually been 50 years ago that ABBA released her third album – and now “Abba” comes back to vinyl. On June 13, 2025, the re-release appears as a Half Speed-grown 45RPM-2LP vinyl version with new texts. The whole thing was re-mixed by Miles Showell to Abbey Road Studios and is now landing on 180g vinyl in the folding cover.
In addition to the album, there is a limited box with four colored 7 “singles that lean on the original releases from 1975. The box contains” Mamma Mia “,” SOS “,” I do, i do, i do, i do, i do “and” So Long “, this time on white, red transparent, red and yellow vinyl. Each single cover adorns a band motif from the era at that time.

Colorful singles box and picture discs
For collectors and nostalgics, the four singles are also available as pictures discs with classic ABBA motifs. Here too, the focus is on the detailed reproduction of the original design, supplemented by an interpretation of vintage aesthetics.

Vintage-inspired clothing for the release
In parallel to the publication of the anniversary edition, Universal is launching a collection with vintage-inspired clothing. So if you not only want to get the songs, but also the look from 1975, you will find it here.
The pre-order for the vinyl releases is now over the official ABBA shop possible. If you want to bring a piece of pop history to the shelf, you should be quick – the editions appear in a limited edition.
