Jort Kelder states that the suddenly deceased star chef Jonnie Boer has never really become rich in his hard work in the kitchen. “At the end of the ride you don’t have much left of it.”
Topkok Jonnie Boer died at the age of 60 from the effects of a pulmonary embolism. He breathed his last breath on Bonaire and leaves his wife Thérèse and their children behind. The couple led several restaurants together, including the three -star shop De Librije. They also had culinary occasions on Bonaire.
Rich rich
However, Jort Kelder states on the talk show table of Eva Jinek that Jonnie has never really become rich. “Getting rich in this work is difficult though, because it is working incredibly hard and actually not so much left over at the end of the ride, so I don’t think he got rich,” he says in Eva.
In fact, Jonnie hoped to reduce a bit of working, to enjoy life more. “Sad indeed that he actually dies in the armor,” says Jort.
Fantastic
The majority of people cannot afford a dinner at a business like the Librije, but all Eva guests had eaten there yesterday. This is also the case with Jort. “I ate a few times, yes, it is a fantastic wine experience. I sometimes had trouble with the wine arrangement. You really had to continue before you had all the colors.”
“He has achieved a great achievement. Thank you Jonnie, very sad, yes. I have also seen the series. It is also touching. Such a family business that then wants to surrender to the next generation … those two children were really looking forward to it, but you will get it on your plate, quite literally, isn’t that, that is quite difficult.”
What does Eva say?
Eva Jinek himself knew Jonnie too. “I was allowed to interview Jonnie for De Telegraaf, that is more than twelve years ago, and after the interview he said:” Then I’ll cook for lunch for you now. “
“Then I was allowed to eat down in the kitchen, where he prepared the food for me. It was great. Very sad. Condolated for the family.”
