When talking about grilling, you can burn your fingers, writes Eeva Paljakka, a journalist in Iltalehti.

I have not noticed that any other cooking method would make people see red and nervous (usually in the somme) as much as grilling.

If I am completely honest, the charcoal women who blame men for stale thoughts and the wrong behavior.

The latest “grilling mock” made Five stars -Editor -in -Chief of the Network Publication Eeropekka Rislakki In analyzing this year The result of the top 50 restaurants voting.

Rislakki writes:

“Grilling is part of our food culture and our collaborative experience, and it is as if we gathered at a campfire to story or to the yard garden and summer cottage with friends and family.

Grilling is also the moment when the cooking becomes serious and technical. Therefore, men take responsibility for it according to role models. Meat, fire, smoke and barbecue are symbolically masculine – a manifesto in the masculine chef world. ”

Snow came to the room. He went towards the pine tree. Curved the wasp nest.

It was commented on Rislak that it was stupid to say that grilling is symbolically masculine, he was written “not like this,” his writing was wondered in various smaller discussions.

Rislakki defends himself that he was trying to be ironic and spiked men – not to value women.

But in his writing, he got the women.

I inevitably raised one question: why always have to be injured if men are found to like grilling or barbecue often?

After all, no one says that women cannot grill or be skilled in it.

I’ve never come across a man who would be nervous if someone speaks in general that women bake more cakes than men. However, there are also men in professional bakers and confectioners.

Why is no one offending even though all skillful male bakers are not mentioned?

Warning! Now there are generalizations that are based solely on my own attention.

Men are happy to eat meat.

Men don’t hurt even though their clothes smell smoke.

Men are interested in technical details.

Men are interested in grills and their features.

Men buy a lot of grills.

None of the above excludes women from the grill. Grilling is a must have some magical magic because it is so sensitive to it. Does grilling unintentionally represent the masculine issues mentioned by the ristak? I just ask, I don’t answer.

I do not believe that in Finnish families or groups of friends, men are forced to grill or forbid women to grill.

It’s grilling from which it goes better, which has a time that is more enthusiastic. It can be a man or a woman. No more wonderful.

In our family, both adult barbecue, because you can’t get anywhere: grilling is the best.
