The major US telecom companies AT&T and Verizon can still place their cell towers for 5G networks slightly closer to airports than previously thought without jeopardizing air traffic. According to the American aviation authority FAA, they will not disrupt sensitive equipment in aircraft, according to a new statement from the regulator.
