LAnd electricity and gas bills, which for some time now, due to energy increases, come to many Italian families, have become a big economic problem due to the disproportionate amounts that are requested.
Bills frightening, the increases hit families
In fact, from January 1st the increases have started (for the first quarter of the year they will be 55% for electricity and 41.8% for gas). A sting that has put businesses and individuals in crisis.
For to stem the blow to a minimum for consumers, the Government with the Financial maneuver, has implemented a series of measures to contain the price increases of electricity and gas. Among these also the “2022 bill bonus”.
Bonus bills also in 2022: the recipients
This is a facility already introduced in 2021 and extended in 2022, which provides for a reduction in the rates relating to general system charges, the possibility of paying bills in installments and a discount on methane VAT.
It is intended for families composed of up to three members with ISEE not exceeding 8,265 euros and to families with four or more members with an ISEE not exceeding € 20,000. But also to the beneficiaries of Citizenship Income or Citizenship Pension and to the seriously ill who use life-saving equipment.
What are the bills bonus amounts
Depending on the composition of the family and the number of members, the amounts will vary. Therefore, for families with a maximum of two members, the contribution will be 128 euros, 151 euros for families with a maximum of four members and 177 euros for families with more than four members. In relation to gas, on the other hand, the incentive is calculated based on the methods of use who does it and the climatic zone in which it resides.
That’s not all, because as required by the Budget Law, families in difficulty with payments will be able to divide their electricity and gas bills into 10 installments arriving with the invoices issued from January 1st to April 30th 2022.
