The 1st Kaiserslautern won three games in the 2nd Bundesliga in a row. This series was torn on the 7th matchday at SC Paderborn. The SCP won 2-0 (0: 0) on Saturday.
Maxwell Gyamfi had seen the red card because of an emergency brake in added time (45.+3). Filip Bilbija (50th) and Laurin Curda (53.) shot the East Westphalia to victory within three minutes.
The SCP is expanding its own series and now celebrated the third win in a row, for the fourth time the Paderborners stayed without conceding. With 14 points, the East Westphalia overtake the FCK in the table. Kaiserslautern stops at twelve points.
Scheller and Bilbija award the first SCP chances
The FCK was the self -confidence of the last games at the beginning. After a balanced start -up minutes, it was still the home side who tore the game. Tjark Scheller (10th) and Bilbija (11th) had the first chances, but it did not really be mandatory.
Kaiserslautern only came to the first opportunity after 19 minutes, but rather by chance. Ivan Prtaijn stuck on Faride Alidou, who failed on the glossy Dennis Seimen in the Paderborn Tor.
Gyamfi saved, but sees red
Then Paderborn dominated again and came to the best opportunity in the 45th minute. Calvin Brackelmann balanced a free kick from 30 meters onto the goal. FCK keeper Julian Krahl could only ward off forward, Gyamfi blocked Bilbija’s margin at the last moment.
But the scene was not over with that, because Gyamfi had torn down in front of his block Steffen Tigges. Referee Konrad Oldhafer looked at the scene on the monitor and then decided on a penalty for Paderborn and Red for Gyamfi. Bilbija, successful in Berlin in Berlin, grabbed the ball. Krahl suspected the corner and prevented the Paderborn leaders (45.+5).
Paderborner double strike after the break
What did not work from eleven meters worked shortly after the break from four meters. Central defender Brackelmann broke through on the left and flanked flat and sharply into the penalty area. Bilbija ran in the middle. A short distance pressed the ball over the line (50th).
The louder defense was unsorted at the beginning of the second half and that revenge three minutes after the goal. Paderborns Ruben Müller flanked from the left into the penalty area, where the Lauterer defense had overlooked Curda. The defender thanked the goal to 2-0 (53.).
The SCP now had the game under control and was closer to the third goal than Lautern the connection. As in the entire season, however, the SCP was difficult in the Chane recycling. In the 72nd minute, Bilbija had the final decision on his foot, but scored just over the goal from 15 meters. After 76 minutes, Santiago Castaneda failed on Krahl.
Abiama gives chance for the connection
That almost avoided. Because in a direct return in direct return suddenly offered the substitute Dickson Abiama the chance to connect. In a long ball, the Paderborn defense was misjudged, so that Abiama appeared freely in front of Seimen, but shot the ball into the keeper (78.).
There were no more louder opportunities. Instead, the SCP confidently finished the game and cheered on a safe home win.
