Un cocktails for New Year, to be served as an aperitif or after dinner, is an original idea especially if the cocktail in question is perfectly appropriate, or even created, for this special time of the year: the holidays.
We have selected cocktails based on gin, rum, vodka or other spirits that can be made easily and quickly.
The good Grinch
A pleasant and elegant cocktail, with notes of orange and candied fruit followed by aromas of licorice, vanilla, spices and herbaceous notes. The finish is rich in floral and slightly spicy aromas.
Ingrediants:
Don Papa Baroko 30 ml
OSCAR.697 Red Vermouth 30 ml
Sirene Bitterino Orange Flowers 6 drops
Pinch of salt
Technique: stir & strain
Service: straight-up
Glass: Minimal Martini glass
Decoration: carved orange peel
Preparation:
Step 1. Pour all the ingredients into a Mixing Glass and add ice.
Step 2. Proceed with the stirring with a barspoon until the desired dilution is obtained.
Step 3. Pour into the cup and spray, pressing the orange peel, the essential oils.
Decoration: orange peel.
Compadre

Camparino, the historic Milanese restaurant, offers us a complex recipe that will certainly leave everyone breathless.
Ingrediants:
3.5cl Campari
2cl Montelobos Mezcal Espadìn
1,5cl Chinotto liqueur
1,5cl 1757 Vermouth di Torino Rosso
Angostura
0,5cl Agave
Preparation:
Step 1. Take a low Riedel glass.
Step 2. Pour 90ml of pre-batch into a mixing glass.
Step 3. Add about 8/10 ice cubes.
Step 4. Mix with a barspoon for about 12/15 seconds.
Step 5. Pour into the previously cooled glass.
Step 6. Add a large ice cube (5X5).
Step 7. Garnish with kaffir and bergamot leaves
Seal: foglia of Kaffir and essence of Bergamot
Panettone Negroni Martini
A cocktail with panettone that recalls the holiday season.
Ingrediants:
200 gr of panettone
25 ml of MARTINI Ruby Special Reserve
25 ml of MARTINI Special Reserve Bitter
25 ml of BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (to be left to infuse into the panettone)
Method:
Cut the panettone into slices and toast them
Leave the slice of panettone to infuse in 500 ml of BOMBAY SAPPHIRE
Filter the excess liquid with a clean cotton cloth or tea towel, you can store the excess product in a bottle for future use.
Combine all the ingredients in a rock tumbler glass and cover with ice to the top
Mix everything and if necessary add a little more ice to make sure the glass is full
Garnish with a toasted slice of panettone. Alternatively it is possible to prefer a slice of orange with a clove.

A winter cocktail, to be enjoyed slowly in front of the fireplace.
Ingrediants:
30 ml Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva
80 ml red wine
6 star anise
4 cinnamon sticks
Orange peel
Lemon peel
1 tablespoon of honey
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and strain over a glass beaker
Topping: orange peel and star anise.
Campari Shakerato al Caramel
Caramel brings back childhood memories but in a cocktail version, created by Bruno Vanzan world champion in bartending, it makes everything sweet.
6cl of Campari
3 Drops of chocolate bitters
4 Crushed raspberries
Preparation: shake with full ice.
Topping: wafer of caramel
Flat White Martini
A cocktail extremely elegant, embellished with a foamy finish and enriched by the energy of coffee.
50 ml of Baileys Original Irish Cream
25 ml of vodka
25 ml of espresso coffee
A few ice cubes
3 coffee beans for the garnish
. Put all the ingredients in a shaker, except the coffee beans.
Shake everything well until you get a velvety consistency.
Pour everything into a martini glass and garnish with the three coffee beans.
Heritage Style Cocktail
It is a very easy cocktail to make even at home.
Ingrediants:
60 ml Heritage 176
15ml Honey syrup
3 Drops of Walnut Bitters
Lemon peel
Preparation:
Step 1. Pour all the ingredients into a low tumbler filled with ice cubes
Step 2. mix with the help of a teaspoon
Disaronno velvet white espresso Martino
In perfect winter style with lots of easily achievable snowflakes.
Ingrediants:
50ml Disaronno Velvet
25ml Tia Maria
25ml Vodka
Preparation
Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake and pour into the glass through the strainer.
Heat
A warm cocktail to warm up the cold winter evenings.

6CL Sage & Lemon
4CL Riserva Carlo Alberto Red
1,5CL MrThree Falernum
Preparation: heat everything until it reaches the desired temperature
Topping: Slice of dried orange
