One cauliflower for 4.45 euros. “I get a lot of questions about it in the store,” says greengrocer Jeroen de Feijter van ‘t Boertje in Terneuzen. And what he earns from that very expensive cauliflower? Nothing. “I sell them at a loss, but I have to, to be able to compete with the super.”
