Zwevezele leaves three points and leader place

The pressure on leader Zwevezele increases in 2nd amateur. After their victory over Harelbeke, Lokeren Temse took the lead next to Zwevezele. The match against lower placed Gent is the ideal moment to regain the lead alone. Yet Zwevezele seems more difficult to deal with that pressure. The yellow shirts started the game sloppy. Only after fifteen minutes does the home team put their nose to the window for the first time, but Jodts’ shot goes wide. Then there are a few more chances for Zwevezele, but in the end it is Ghent who takes the lead. The second half seemed to improve for the home side. The chances followed each other in quick succession, but finishing was not possible. In the end it remained 0-1, and so Zwevezele missed the chance to become the sole leader again.
