Every second representative of the “generation Z” when looking for a job is concerned about the availability of VHI
Half of the applicants from this age category are interested in the availability of VMI at a potential workplace. The corporate culture, convenient office location and schedule flexibility are most important for zoomers.

Representatives of generation Z (zoomers, young people aged 14–22 years) when choosing a place of work pay attention to the availability of voluntary medical insurance (VHI), showed a survey of the digital medical center “Doctor Nearby” and hh.ru (available from RBC). This factor was called important by 46% of respondents from this age group.
Employees from Nizhny Novgorod (54%), Krasnodar (53%) and Moscow (50%) became the key criterion for the availability of VHI. In last place is medical insurance for applicants from Novosibirsk, where 70% of respondents consider VHI to be optional.
The least worry about having insurance is Generation X (38-55, 58%). In this age group, the main factor is wages (80% of respondents chose this item). VHI is important mainly for zoomers (43%) and millennials (22-38 years old, 49%).
VHI is very important for corporate employees (63%), but for individual entrepreneurs and the self-employed this criterion is of the least importance (32%). Most of all, insurance is of interest to IT specialists (57%), HR managers (52%), PR and marketing managers (51%), sales specialists (50%) and logisticians (47%).
