After that, the ex-UFC champion Daniel Cormier interviewed the freestyle star who decided to talk about politics.

– Everyone sees what is happening in the world. It’s not great to sit in a cage when children are dying in different countries because of wars. It doesn’t matter if it’s Ukrainians, Syrians, Palestinians or Americans. When children die, it is wrong, Chimayev declared.

Despite the political stance, Chimayev wanted to invite Kadyrov’s teenage children to his corner for the match.

Immediately after the match, Chimaev published a picture on his Instagram account, where he posed with Ramzan Kadyrov, who also shed blood in Ukraine.
