Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has assured the European Union that his country will implement further reforms. Ukraine hopes to receive positive advice from the European Commission on Wednesday to start negotiations on EU membership. In December, the 27 EU leaders will decide at the European summit whether they agree with the advice, after which the country can actually start negotiations.
