French President Emmanuel Macron assured his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky in Paris on Wednesday evening that France will “guide Ukraine to victory” and that France will continue to supply arms to Ukraine. Zelensky was in Paris for dinner with his French colleague and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. He visited the United Kingdom earlier today and is expected in Brussels tomorrow.
