Zelensky calls Russia a "terror state” after rocket attack that killed 23 people

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has called Russia a “terrorist state” after the rocket attack on the western city of Vinnytsia. “No other state in the world poses such a terrorist threat as Russia,” Zelensky said in his video address released Thursday evening on the occasion of Day 141 of the war. And no other country in the world can afford to destroy “peaceful cities and everyday human life” every day with its missiles and artillery.
