The President of Ukraine, Volodimir Zelensky, has called for “the world reacts in the harshest way possible” to “stories about the so-called ‘dirty’ nuclear bomb.
“I think that now the world must react in the harshest way possible,” Zelensky considered in the daily video in which he addresses the Ukrainian nation, after indicating that Russia it is “the origin of everything dirty that can be imagined in this war”.
Zelensky made these statements after the Russian Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu, expressed this Sunday in a round of talks with his counterparts from France, Turkey and the United Kingdom his concern that kyiv might use a “dirty bomb” in the future.

“Even to Russia’s own threat of nuclear weapons, and even more so against our country, which has given up its nuclear arsenal under promises of security of the major nuclear powers, is a reason both for sanctions and for an even greater strengthening of support for Ukraine,” he concluded.
The US rejects the “clearly false” accusations
US Secretary of State Antony Blinkenspoke this Sunday with his Ukrainian counterpart, Dimitro Kulebato reaffirm Washington’s support for kyiv, as well as express rejection of Shoigu’s “clearly false accusations”.
