Lifeguards in Zeeland towns are taking measures due to persistent nuisance by Belgian young people, Omroep Zeeland reports. They will wear bodycams to record the burden. There is also an identification requirement in the swimming pools and extra security guards are deployed. In principle, only visitors from surrounding municipalities are welcome.
