The warring factions in Ukraine must cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to grant a mission of nuclear experts access to the nuclear power plant in Zaporizhzhya as soon as possible. Rafael Grossi, the director-general of the IAEA, told the UN Security Council on Thursday.
