Zalando is expanding its paid loyalty program ‘Zalando Plus’ to the Belgian market. Zalando Plus members from Belgium benefit from early access to new products in the Zalando shop and offers in the Lounge by Zalando shopping club, as well as faster premium delivery and priority customer service. In addition, the program enables Zalando’s brand partners to build closer relationships with Zalando’s most loyal customers.
Fabio Baum, General Manager of Zalando Benelux and Scandinavia, says: “Through our membership program, we deepen relationships with our most loyal customers: Plus members visit us twice as often as those without a subscription. At the same time, we offer brands a platform to reach a target group that is very knowledgeable about and interacts with fashion. The launch of Plus underlines our claim to be the starting point for fashion for both customers and business partners in Belgium.”
In recent years, the number of Zalando Plus members has grown to more than two million members in six countries (Germany, Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Switzerland). An annual subscription to Zalando Plus costs around 15 euros.
