Efron, 34, says he broke his jaw at home. He had run from the stocking bridge and fell so that his head hit the fountain.
The blow was violent and Efron momentarily lost consciousness.

The jaw muscles grew during rehabilitation and, according to Efron’s description, they became too big and he asked a physiotherapist for help to stop the growth.
