Row Zero is one of the much-discussed topics in the context of allegations of abuse against Till Lindemann. Now the YouTuber Kayla Shyx spoke up in a detailed video and talks about her own experiences with Lindemann’s alleged sex recruitment machinery – and about what really happens at Rammstein after-show parties.
At the beginning of the video, Shyx (whose YouTube channel has around 757,000 followers) explains why she didn’t go public with her story sooner. Although she made a video on this subject, she never published it – partly because her own management advised her against it. With the video, she wanted to warn girls — “because what I experienced there is very wrong”.
Shyx: That’s how it went at Lindemann’s “after show party”.
Shyx met Lindemann’s self-proclaimed “Casting Director”, the Russian Aleena Makeeva, during a Rammstein concert in Berlin’s Olympic Stadium. Makeeva approached Shyx and her friend. She said she worked for Lindemann and invited the two to the after party. Shyx and her friend agreed. Once there, Makeeva is said to have asked the women (at this time 20 and 18 years old) about their ages. Makeeva was friendly, but when Shyx explained to her that she wasn’t the biggest fan, she reacted a little strangely.
The two women were promised to meet the musician in person – which was not Shyx’s intention at all, as she says. Makeeva later instructed her to wait next to a line of women whom the two had already seen in the front row. A security employee then came and took her into a narrow hallway. There the women had to hand in their mobile phones – for reasons of privacy, it was said. Shyx felt under a lot of pressure, she explains.
The women were then taken to what Shyx said resembled a locker room — sparse, heavily stocked with alcohol and two black leather sofas, on which several young women, who Shyx said appeared dazed, were seated. “All of a sudden it clicks and I realize: That’s not good at all,” she describes this moment.
Supposedly oral sex under the stage
There she got into conversation with a woman who told her about her experience at the pre-party – a story that is said to match several reports: Lindemann came into the room and looked for girls for oral sex during a set Pause off — this will take place under the stage. Following these reports, Shyx says he went into a panic mode but tried to remain calm. When she told Makeeva that she and her friend wanted to leave, Makeeva tried to persuade her to stay, but to no avail.
