“You’re so fake, it’s driving me crazy!”

Marieke Elsinga is being treated quite harshly after her conversation with RTL Boulevard about her second pregnancy. “She is so annoying. Everything she says is premeditated.”

Marieke Elsinga’s second pregnancy will undoubtedly cause some tension at Qmusic: will she remain available for the channel’s morning show in the long term? Patrick Kicken thinks that her radio career is over, because according to him, two young children cannot be combined with an important daily program on the radio.

Shit story

Marieke stood in front of the camera of RTL Boulevard this week to talk about the arrival of her second baby and that conversation caused a lot of annoyance for the feared juice queen Yvonne Coldeweijer. “I find Marieke Elsinga annoying, because everything she says, she has thought of in advance, I found out,” she sneers in The Juice Show.

She continues: “Did you see that she is pregnant? So Boulie started asking: ‘Well, is it true that you are pregnant? Do you have any pregnancy ailments?’ Well, then a long shitty story came out. ‘Yes, I’m very flat now,’ she said.”

Naked Caprio

How flat is Marieke exactly at the moment? Well, if they told her that Leonardo DiCaprio was standing naked in the other room, it wouldn’t bother her at all, she explained. “Then I thought: wow. Have you thought at home: what are the things I am going to answer the questions or something?”, says Yvonne.

It is normal fake, she says. Put together. “I always had it on The Voice, Marco Borsato on The Voice… He just thought of things he was going to say and then he just looked at each candidate: who should I stick that to? That sounded so contrived, it’s one of those things, you can feel it…”

‘You’re right!’

Co-host Mark Koster agrees with Yvonne’s rant. “You’re absolutely right, Marieke and Marco Borsato, those are all scripted realities. And that whole Qmusic, that’s completely, I can’t listen to it… It’s completely scripted, it’s invented.”

He continues: “It’s all like: oh, look at us just doing it, look at us, haha, nice, just the two of us here in the studio. And that Marieke always with her nonchalant girl-next-door attitude, it drives me crazy. But I’m always the only one, because Qmusic is extremely popular.”

‘Not popular’

Nonsense, says Yvonne. “No, that’s not popular. Nobody listens to the radio anymore. That’s all fake. Those listening figures, viewing figures, that’s all fake. People are on TikTok and Instagram, they are on Videoland, a little bit of Netflix, that’s it. But money is involved in this radio thing… How much does she get paid for this?”

Mark: “I think three, four tons a year.”

Yvonne surprised: “Really?”

Mafia

Unbelievable, says Yvonne. “Will Qmusic recoup that? Of course they pretend that the listening figures are still booming and high, so that advertisers naturally pay a lot. But how do they know that it’s not all mafia? Sorry, this is not conspiracy theory, but the world is one big conspiracy.”

The radio mafia, with Marieke Elsinga as the Don Corleone of Qmusic… And what about television? “Viewing figures just don’t make sense at all,” says Yvonne. “That Tina, that they hang all kinds of things on it, that’s all fake, man. That is maintained. I don’t believe that at all.”
