Netflix doesn’t want to give Apple a slice of its subscription fees, even for old subscribers. The streaming service Netflix announces a change to its subscription policies. Those subscribers who have previously placed an order with an Apple device and using the payment channel of the Apple app store will have to change their payment method. Streamable noticed the change on Netflix’s support page, which now states that the payment method change applies to some countries. However, the company commented to The Verge that the change affects all customers who have still paid for their order through Apple.
