Young woman dies in accident in Zwevegem

A market vendor was on his way to the market when, for unknown reasons, he collided with a passenger car near Stijn Streuvelsstraat. The driver of that car, a 24-year-old woman from Zwevegem, was thrown from the vehicle by the impact and died on the spot. The public prosecutor’s office of West Flanders, Kortrijk department, has appointed a traffic expert to investigate the precise circumstances of the accident.
