Press judge Luk Versteylen sounded the alarm yesterday after a 16-year-old boy with a disability was locked up in prison because there was no suitable shelter available for him. The Growing Up Agency had indeed offered a temporary place, but the juvenile judge refused. That is what Bruno Vanobbergen, the director of the Flemish Agency for Growing Up, says at Radio 1.
