As the name suggests, one-pan powdered sourdough is prepared in one pan.
The pasta absorbs the flavor wonderfully when it is cooked in the same pan with the minced meat sauce. And the saved amount of counter is not a disadvantage either.
It is easy to vary the recipe according to your own taste. Use the herbs you want or replace the mozzarella with whatever cheese you happen to find in the fridge. A pureed tomato is also a good substitute for crushed tomatoes, as previously reported on Pippuri.fi.

One Pan Bolognese
400 g ground beef
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
400 g of crushed tomatoes
8 dl of meat broth
2 tablespoons of tomato puree
1 tablespoon of sugar
0.5 tsp black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
350 g of pasta
1 ball of mozzarella
fresh basil
1. Chop the onion and garlic.
2. Brown the minced meat with the onions.
3. Mix in tomato paste, tomato paste, meat broth and spices. Let it boil.
4. When the sauce boils, add the pasta. Let it boil under the lid until the pasta is cooked.
5. Finally, tear pieces of mozzarella over the pasta. Finish with fresh basil.
