Edsilia Rombley is quite taken down for the dress she wore this summer at the premiere of the film Bon Bini Holland 3 (see below). “She looks unnecessarily heavy this way.”
The premiere of the lame cinema film Bon Bini Holland 3 was attended last summer by several celebrities, including Edsilia Rombley. She had herself styled for the festive gathering by her good friend Berget Lewis. Now this outfit is being scrutinized by couturier Paul Schulten in his weekly column in the Story.
“Edsilia looks fat!”
What seems? Paul thinks Edsilia looks quite fat in the dress she wore to the premiere (see below). He likes the idea of this floral dress, but: “The execution is bad. The pleated skirt hangs from a pleated band and that makes it heavy. Of course you don’t want such an effect.”
The long, wide sleeves only make it worse, according to Paul. “That doesn’t wear off either. In addition, the design is quite striking. All in all, this is not a suitable outfit for Edsilia, who has lost so much weight but now seems unnecessarily heavier. Pity.”
Not flattering
Edsilia doesn’t seem to understand it at all, because her make-up isn’t right either. “I think the glitter eyeshadow around the eyes is ugly. Especially under the eyes this is ‘not done’ and incomprehensible. It’s not flattering. And unfortunately the foundation was not applied in balance.”
The white nail polish then, is it good? No. It is again ‘too present’. “I think that color is too harsh here. I would have preferred an off-white or natural colour.”
