Tina Nijkamp thinks it is very naive from Albert Verlinde if he really thought RTL Tonight would be a fun program. “That desk seems like a kind of tribunal!” She shouts.

It was one of the most remarkable interviews of recent times: Albert Verlinde who goes wild in the morning show of Radio 538 on RTL Tonight, the program that bought him away at today Inside. What turns out? Albert finds the new late talk show of RTL 4 just as bad as the viewer at home and does not exactly turn his heart into a murder pit.

Construction error

According to Albert, the biggest problem is that RTL Tonight is simply very uncomfortable. “But dear Albert, that will never come with this arrangement of a lecture room/ tribunal anyway,” calls Tina Nijkamp TV authority.

She continues on her analysis canal: “The audience must watch from a stands to see how the panel of experts will tell them what the world looks like, so cozy. As a starting point was atmosphere and cosiness, a very large construction error was made in advance.”

‘Very naive’

Tina sets Albert at the table Today Inside down as a naive. “I thought two things when I heard that interview. I thought: Albert, you have been a bit naive, because if you put down a desk as a kind of tribunal, as a kind of lecture hall with the audience opposite, that is not fun.”

She continues: “That is just that you teach the audience, that is quite a bit of the audience. That is not fun, not atmosphere. And the second thing I thought is that he actually says he just wants to go back here. He regrets.”

“He’s welcome”

Johan Derksen has not closed his doors to Albert. “Well, he is welcome.”

Wilfred Genee concludes: “Yes, I said that too: the door is open. He really liked that. He will give an interview tonight or tomorrow morning and then he will come back, I think. That is almost impossible.”
