“My future is not bright, but I try to color in the days that remain as much as possible.” Top photographer Yorick Jansens (47) from Limburg is terminally ill and lives in extra time. But on his ‘last culinary road trip’ along the best restaurants in the Low Countries, he and his wife Isolde make the most of it. “Two months ago I couldn’t get a bite down my throat and now I see myself sitting here. Good food is my best medicine.”
